Fluff and Nonsense started as a side hustle in 2022, but quickly became Tess Vandekolk's full time job. As a former scientist, Tess loves integrating science and art, and yarn dyeing is the perfect way to do that.

Tess hand dyes all her skeins herself. She comes up with colourways that bring her joy, and she loves coming up with names for those colours. Being able to create beautiful yarns which become part of her customers’ creative journey is a wonderful thing and is something she is proud to do.
